Privacy Notice

The following rules apply to all KZFM contests and prizes unless otherwise specified by a contest or promotion: Employees of Hot Z95 and other affiliated companies, and their immediate family and/ or household members are NOT eligible to win. No purchase necessary; Must be a legal Texas resident at least 18 or older to enter. Grand Prize Winner will not be eligible to win from Hot Z95 again until 30 Days after winning. Only ONE entry per person. Decisions of KZFM management are final. Prizes may be subject to restrictions. Winners may be required to present state-issued photo ID, social security number, and sign a liability release. Failure may result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of being notified prize is ready for pick up. Any prizes not claimed within 14 days shall be considered forfeited and will be redistributed. Winner is responsible for all taxes and will receive a 1099 to file on taxes for IRS purposes. KZFM can substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. Entry constitutes consent to use your name, voice, and likeness for any advertising or promotional purpose. KZFM may stop or suspend any contest, or change these rules at any time. Void where prohibited. All prizes awarded on-air must be picked up at the station’s studios at 2117 Leopard Street during normal business hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday unless otherwise stated. Prizes will be released to winners only. Station contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. The recipient of the Lively Beach Resort prize will need to present a valid ID and credit card to the Lively Beach staff for potential accidentals.
