The following rules apply to all KZFM contests and prizes unless otherwise specified by a contest or promotion.

• Employees of Hot Z95, Malkan Interactive Communications, affiliated companies, and their immediate family and/ or household members are NOT eligible to win.
• No purchase necessary; Must be a legal Texas resident at least 18 or older to enter.
• Winner will not be eligible to win from Hot Z95 again until 30 Days after winning.
• Only ONE entry per person.
• Decisions of KZFM management are final.  Prizes may be subject to restrictions.
• Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of being notified prize is ready for pick up.  Any prizes not claimed within
  14 days shall be considered forfeited, and will be redistributed.
• KZFM can substitute with prize of equal or greater value.
• Entry constitutes consent to use your name, voice and likeness for any advertising or promotional purpose. KZFM may stop or suspend any contest, or change these rules at any time.  Void where prohibited.
• Station contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and are void where prohibited.
• Prizes will be released to winners only.
