Earlier this year, 62-year-old Fred Thomas of Warren, Maine was trying to reconcile with his wife. They'd been together for 39 years, but were in the process of splitting up . . . and she was headed to Pakistan for a man she met online.
--Anyway, back in July, she spent the night at Fred's place. He wanted to have sex . . . she didn't. Then he offered her $20, but for some reason she turned that down too.
--So he WHIPPED IT OUT . . . and SMACKED her with his junk. We aren't sure exactly WHERE on her body he hit her . . . or how she let him get close enough to do it. But it happened.
--He was arrested for domestic violence assault, indecent conduct, and unlawful sexual contact.
--And last week, he was sentenced to 180 days in prison with all but five days suspended, assuming he stays out of legal trouble for one year.
