But the number was missing the final digit ... leading hordes of teen girls to guess what it might be. The tweet was later deleted, but the damage was done. As a result, two people in Texas -- an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent -- claim their phones have been ringing off the hook non-stop ... and now, they've lawyered up to force Bieber to pay for his actions. The lawyer tells TMZ, her clients’ patience “wears thin” after receiving over 1,000 phone calls at all hours of the day -- and they want compensation for all the problems Justin caused with his “reckless” behavior. Suggestions from the legal team include: concert tickets for Ms. Fleming’s grandchildren, a Bieber apology, an endorsement for Kent’s upcoming online project ... and lastly ... money for any out of pocket expenses. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi just announced she's pregnant with her first child, and already her baby has its own "Jersey Shore" nickname. The reality star's fiance and babydaddy, Jionni LaValle, took to his Twitter on Wednesday to thank fans for their well-wishes — and revealed his to-be son or daughter's new moniker: ShortnTan. The name is in obvious reference to the parents, who are both super-bronzed and vertically-challenged — Snooki stands at 4'9", while her beau is reportedly just a few inches taller. "Thank You everyone!!" the exclamation-happy LaValle, 24, tweeted. "Sorry about that wait but glad everyone's happy!! Nicole and I are real excited!! Our baby is going to be #ShortnTan." The Daddy-to-be also addressed his and Snooki's "jealous haters" on the social media site. "My fiancé and I n JR are going to be so happy!"

Polizzi's confirmation ends weeks of speculation about whether or not the MTV star had a little meatball in the oven. In an interview with Us Weekly, the 24-year-old gushes about becoming a mommy for the first time — and how her party girl days are behind her. "I have different priorities now," she tells the magazine. "I don't care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know I'm ready and he's ready."
