DENVER, COLORADO) Four city employees have been docked a week's salary for spending time on the job at a bikini car wash. The public works employees drove two city trucks to the charity car wash outside the Diamond Cabaret strip club. Much to their chagrin, a TV news van was nearby and captured the city-owned trucks getting lathered down by strippers in bikinis. A couple of them climbed on top of the hood to pose. Plus the guys whipped off their shirts for the cameras.

      A spokesperson for the city said (quote) "The employees did not dispute the findings of our investigation. They have accepted full responsibility for their actions and poor judgment. The employees never lied or attempted to explain away their actions." Isn't the explanation pretty obvious? ??
